I'm updating this review because of a promise stated by Wonlink which was not kept. When I question them, they stated, they were sorry for the confusion. It's only a confusion when I reply asking the same question several times and you do not correct it. They wanted me to pay for shipping to returning a damage item twice. They are located outside of the USA, because they are unable to reply to any issues until the next day, they have not customer service phone number to help resolve issues.Yes,the set is nice the company sucks!Received as promised but, had issues with a damage chair. The set was very easy to assemble and has a nice weight, plus looks very nice in my sunroom. Really can’t wait until the covid 19 is gone to have a family gathering, still need to get some additional throw pillows. To get the seats and back pillows to stay in place, I purchased Nano double side tape, the tape is reusable. It keeps all seats and cushions in place! I made the right choice in purchasing this set. The connectors keeps the sectional in place and aligned. So, you can keep that neat align look. I have texted pictures to friends on my makeover and they love it. I enjoy getting my coffee in the morning and setting on the set relaxing before going to work!!I would recommend this set to anyone, it’s worth the money. I can’t talk to it being in the weather, because it’s kept indoors for me. The material does look and feel like it would hold up under all weather conditions, i would say, cover if you’re in a place were you receive snow.Once I get my deck, I will get another set for outside but, not from Wonlink.ThanksFor those who look for thick 5-6 in memory- foam cushions-this is not your product. However, for those like me, who did not look for the high-end set but needed a large, comfortable sitting area for everyday use that would not break my bank-then you found it. This set comes with cushions enclosed in fabric which so far was proven to be water-proof and sturdy frame support. It is versatile to arrange and pleasing to the eye, it does not give a "China-made piece of furniture".2 pieces came with damage, however, I would not take away points for that because the customer service was EXCELLENT!!! They replaced them very quickly.My only complaint is related to the assembly. It is not complicated at all, however, the tool that is sent with the set will give you pressure ulcers after assembling your third seat, I hope that is something the company can work on and correct it.Overall, this set was a bargain for the price, it seems like it would last few good seasons with good care and maintenance (I guess like everything in life ).We finally put it together today!Pros:It’s comfortable, it was pretty easy to assemble with a drill, and it came with all the pieces! The sections are also strong enough to hold plus size people, which is nice. I hope this sectional lasts a long while!Cons:Like everyone else said, the cushions are thin, but they work. The cushion covers have several strings of fabric hanging off of them.Fits perfectly on my small (11'X 7.5') deck - I wanted to maximize seating while having the ability to re-arrange, so this worked exactly the way I needed. I even have plenty of room for my 4' wide grill. The rattan looks beautiful and the blue color is stunning - the material is great quality. I have already given the product information to friends who loved the way it looked, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is budget-conscious and looking for a beautiful patio sofa for a small space. Seat cushions are comfy, and the plush back pillows are wonderful. I will be spending many hours sleeping on that sofa once the warm weather hits! Shipping was quicker than expected and arrived in 3 large boxes. I'm 5'1" but in decent shape, so while they were a little heavy and awkward, I managed to get them up 6 steps from my split-level entrance to my back patio without any trouble. Very easy to put together, but took several hours since it was just me and the alan wrench. 100% would purchase this product again, and the merchant reached out within days of delivery to make sure I was satisfied. Bonus: 5 year old daughter has turned the boxes into play houses :)Beautiful set, very easy to assemble, vibrant color and better quality than expected for the price. The set is lightweight and easy to arrange and rearrange. The cushions and pillows had extra threads from manufacturing, but were easy to trim. The cushions are a little stiff, but hoping they soften with time. The back support pillows are very soft, but have a tendency to slide down due to the material. I’m going to try what another reviewer did and add some Velcro to help keep them in place. Overall, this is a great set, great price, and beautiful addition to our patio!UPDATE 1/2021The cushions wear down to be very thin, and if sat on for a while your butt starts to hurt. Very uncomfortable seating for more than a half hour.Although the covers handle water well, discoloration occurs from the sun. I now have different shades of red for the cushions.Such a beautiful outdoor sectional! Easy to put together, instructions were clear enough. Seller was responsive as well. The only bummer was that not all pieces arrived the same day, I had to wait for the third and final package for almost a week.The cushions are a little on the thinner side but not cheap looking and for the price, its expected.
