What are the characteristics of full grain leather? Leather is often divided into different parts. The top layer is the very best leather and is also called full grain leather. It is the strongest and most durable. However, because it is a true natural product, some small imperfections may be seen. The grain of this leather is only slightly worked, remains fully intact and becomes more beautiful as it is used. The handles are 6-1/2 inches long in total and have a thickness of 1/8 inch. The width is 1 inch and the size of the screw holes is 3/16 inch. When the handle is used as a loop, the thickness of the wood can be between 9/16 and 1-7/16 inch with the screws provided. The center to center of the drawer pull is about 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 inch. If you use the handle as a drawer handle, the thickness of the wood can be between 11/16 and 1-9/16 inches. For our is 6-1/2 in leather handle length, the optimal size between the two holes in your cabinet or closet is between 4-5/16-in and 5-5/16-in. The diameter of the hole is ⅕ inch.
